• Improve our group of companies energy efficiency by 20%
• Investigate the feasibility of renewable energy for every development site
• Reduce water use in common parts of our buildings and projects
• Incorporate water efficiency measures and water recycling to reduce mains water use by 20% to base build
• Reduce our paper consumption, setting ourselves a 25% target reduction by 2015
